Preparing Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
The Safety Data Sheet and information cards are developed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the customer's country/region.
Testing Hazardous Components
Third-party institutions are commissioned to conduct all requested hazardous component testing on samples.
Determining Product Model Number
The product model designation is assigned according to the company's product naming management protocol.
Establishing Process Flow
Based on the product's chemical composition, the production process flow is established, with critical process indicators (CPIs) defined.
Conducting Pilot Production
Multiple batches of pilot production are carried out. Statistical analysis of review results is performed to optimize and finalize the production process route.
