Completing Performance Test Report

Based on the customer's performance requirements, all relevant tests are conducted on samples to complete the Performance Test Report.

Finalizing Technical Data Sheet (TDS)

Building upon multiple sample batches, we compile the Technical Data Sheet according to the product's actual performance metrics.

Preparing Safety Data Sheet (SDS)

The Safety Data Sheet and information cards are developed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the customer's country/region.

Testing Hazardous Components

Third-party institutions are commissioned to conduct all requested hazardous component testing on samples.

Determining Product Model Number

The product model designation is assigned according to the company's product naming management protocol.

Establishing Process Flow

Based on the product's chemical composition, the production process flow is established, with critical process indicators (CPIs) defined.

Conducting Pilot Production
