Product Introduction

The HLQ-G series sealing adhesive is one of the alkaline battery sealant products of our company, mainly used for sealing alkaline batteries. This product is a non-flammable and environmentally friendly product. Meanwhile, it retains the superior alkali resistance and sealing performance of asphalt and improves the flexibility of asphalt at low temperatures to prevent brittleness and cracking.


Product characteristics

  • Safe and environmentally friendly

    This product is non-flammable, effectively solving the problems of flammability and explosiveness during transportation, storage and use. Meanwhile, it also meets environmental protection requirements and has passed RECH and ROHS certifications.

  • It has excellent sealing property and surface viscosity.

    After drying, this series of products have good surface viscosity and can provide excellent sealing performance. Compared with similar imported products, its sealing performance is significantly improved.

  • It has good alkali repellency and alkali resistance.

    It features alkali repellency and alkali resistance. When a KOH solution is dropped onto the surface of the dry adhesive layer under the condition that the relative humidity is lower than 80%, the adhesive layer will not be corroded and penetrated by the alkaline solution.

1. this product has volatile, requires construction sites well ventilated, the workshop should be installed exhaust facilities.

2. after the use of the remaining glue should be immediately covered tightly, sealed storage, to prevent solvent volatilization, is strictly prohibited to mix with water, dust and other.
3. the viscosity of this product is greatly affected by the temperature and storage time, with the growth of the storage period and the temperature decreases the viscosity will increase significantly. It is recommended to control the purchasing quantity and should not be stored for a long time.
4. Special circumstances, if the glue is obviously thickened, may produce uneven glue, overflow and other phenomena, this time you need to add a special thinner to adjust the viscosity. Note that you can not casually add toluene, tannas and other solvents to dilute, so as not to affect the performance of the glue or produce other chemical reactions.

5. the product solvent volatilization rate by the temperature and humidity, when the temperature is lower than 15 ℃ or humidity higher than 85% should be taken to air dry.
