This polyurethane adhesive from our company is a solvent-free, high-grade two-component polyurethane potting adhesive. When mixed in the specified ratio, components A and B cure to form an elastomer featuring bubble-free curing, high-temperature resistance, oil resistance, impact resistance, flame retardancy (UL94 V-0), and electrical insulation. It is widely used for potting automotive filters, contactors, charging piles, and various electronic components.

Post-cure

1. The adhesive must be stored sealed in its original as-supplied container. Do not repackage to avoid property alterations.
2. Ensure bonding surfaces and the operating environment are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or contaminants.
3. Component A shall be stirred slowly and adequately before use to prevent filler settlement during prolonged storage.
4. Thoroughly mix components A and B after dispensing until homogeneous before application.
5. Apply the mixed compound within its pot life before gelation occurs.
